Feedback and Contact Information

If you experience any issues with the accessibility of the website, please contact us at:

Everyone has the right to request digital accessibility of a website, mobile application, or any of their elements. You can also request access to information through an alternative means, for example, by having a digitally inaccessible document read aloud, describing the content of a video without audio description, etc. The request should include the contact details of the person submitting it, an indication of which website or mobile application it refers to, and a preferred contact method. If the person making the request needs information via an alternative access method, they should also specify a convenient way for them to receive the information.

The public entity should fulfill the request promptly, no later than within 7 days from the date of the request. If meeting this deadline is not possible, the public entity shall immediately inform the requesting party of the expected timeframe, which must not exceed 2 months from the date of the request.

If digital accessibility cannot be ensured, the public entity may offer an alternative method of access to the information. If the public entity refuses to fulfill the request for accessibility or alternative access to information, the person making the request may file a complaint regarding the digital accessibility of the website, mobile application, or any of their elements.

Once the procedure has been exhausted, a request can also be submitted to the Ombudsman.
